Should you wish to cancel an order, the re-stocking fees are as follows:

| Bags filled but not yet loaded | No Charge |
| Bags filled and loaded | £15.00 |
| Bags filled and loaded and on it's way | £15.00 + £1 per mile travelled |
| Pallet built | £15.00 |
| Refund google credit card payment | £2.50 |
Late Payments are liable to interest charges
If you still chose not to pay and we are required to collect at your door there will be an additional charge of £75.00
While we appreciate that we are in difficult times we are not a bank and don't appreciate people making orders with no intentions of paying.
All outstanding debts will be passed to a debt collection agency at the appropriate time.
